Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a confirmation of your artwork and printing details.

Important: Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the design or details.

3. Production & Delivery:

After your confirmation, we’ll start production.

Expect your custom Eco Mailer Bags to be ready and delivered to your door!

Shipping & Returns

Standard Lead Time:

  • Our standard production and shipping time is 11–13 weeks. This timeline ensures the small batch productions at economical costs.

Need It Sooner?

  • For urgent orders, we offer a Fast-Tracked Production Service. Your order will be delivered within 3–4 weeks, so you can stay on schedule without compromising on brand image.
  • Additional fees apply for fast-tracked production.

What colours can I print?

Any colour you like! Just share your artwork, and we’ll make it happen.

Can I print multiple colours?

Yes! Single-colour printing is included by default, but we can print multiple colours for an additional charge. Reach out to us for a quote.

Can I customize the back of the bag?

For orders under 2000 units, the back is blank by default. If you’re ordering over 2000 units, we can fully customize the back design for you.

Can I order a different size or color?

For smaller orders, we stick to our four standard sizes and available colors to keep production efficient. For custom sizes or colors on orders over 2000 units, contact us at hello@theartofwrap.org for a quote.

Can I get a pre-production sample?

Because your order is printed in a shared production run, we’re unable to provide pre-production samples. However, you can order one of our sample packs to review our print quality before placing your custom order.
